Sturdy flexible cable - note it has connector protection

This is a strong but flexible cable and so far has not caused any problems with data transfer. One thing to note: this is one of those cables that is protected via plastic latches (by "latch" I mean the elastic plastic piece that snaps into place when you connect the cable). These safety devices prevent the latch from snagging on objects and breaking when cables are not connected. But the guards can get in the way if you put the cable in a smaller hole (see the back of my printer). In this case

Can't connect to ethernet on laptop

I wouldn't normally write a cable test. Organizations know how to manufacture Ethernet cables with the required connectors on each end and the number of twists to match the data rate. However, this cable is an exception. Now it performs all electrical functions correctly, but it has a small additional feature that makes it less outstanding when used with a laptop. At each end you will see a flexible tab from the spade that curves towards the tab on the RJ45. This should make it easier to…

Highly Evolved Cables

Mediabridge employees probably don't get enough sleep; You'll stay up all night trying to figure out how to make this cable even better! The cable doesn't have the problems you might have with smaller cables. The release lever easily removes the cable from the socket. Due to the strain relief, this cable is very unlikely to detach from the working end. There are also many technical standards and features. luckily I don't know anything about it. Regardless, this cable just works so well that you

Got a good job on computer accessories and peripherals

Just moved into a small 1 bedroom apartment and needed Ethernet to connect through the wall to another apartment where the tenant had a gigabit FiOS Has. The WiFi from their new Quantum Gateway is very poor as is well known and since it is a gigabit connection I DEFINITELY knew better than to use WiFi. I knew I had to be programmed. I was only ever on Comcast 25/25 when I lived in Florida and my uncle here in Long Island had 150/150 but I never had a gigabit connection so I had to have it. but…

Solid cable. Exactly what I expected from a Media Bridge

This Media Bridge cable was intended to be used to connect a remote PC to my home network. Because it was programmed, I can't comment on the "Wi-Fi signal" part of the review. strange that they included it in the cable, but what is there. As for the cable: this is a large gauge wire, obviously larger gauge twisted pairs. The cable unwinds easily and doesn't get tangled (I never realized how important this is until I bought another brand of cable and spent 10 minutes trying to pry it out of the…
