Really helped my '53 MG

I doubted it would "put oil in the paint". It never occurred to me that oil in car paint could make a difference. Guess what? I was wrong. Several sources advised me to apply this stuff, leave it on for 12-24 hours, apply more, leave it on again, and then wipe it off. My old black paint was kind of ashy and tired. This material really woke him up and added a lot of depth to a drawing that was very worn and tired. I am very happy with the results. I never thought that this car could look so…

It is unforgiving

When I first got this stuff I was thrilled to get the mirror finish I dreamed of on my black car. Well, as the video shows, I did, but it wasn't an easy process. I'm an impatient detail lover and haven't found an interest in interior design yet. But I wasn't ready for the job he was about to take. I applied unevenly at first, so it was a problem from the start. Then don't let yourself be put on like wax. If you do exactly the opposite of the instruction, you will notice gross fatigue in your…

MATERIAL for old one-step paint / number 7 is the ticket

. The original paint looks weathered but is not badly scratched or worn. DO NOT take the wipe paste and "go to town first", you will destroy and thereby remove the old original "factory" paintwork. Try the old number 7, rub firmly/wet with your hands, leave on overnight, remove and repeat several times. This material reactivates the solvent base in your original paint and makes it usable again. After the original paint has been re-wetted, LIGHTly buff your imperfections and then rub down with…

It's also great for shiny pianos!

I inherited a 30 year old grand piano that had a shiny finish that became cloudy, cloudy and rough over time. Pledge and Endus have been used over the years to clean it up (obviously no, no!), as well as glossy piano polysprays. All without success. I was willing to have it professionally repaired, but a local tuner recommended that I try Meguiar's M7 before going down that route. I applied it with a microfiber wax applicator and wiped it off with clean microfiber towels - literally like waxing

NOW WE TALK ABOUT GLOSS!

I'm doing a paint manufacturer comparison on my 2 year old car. I have tried 4 different versions so far. Out of all 4, THIS PRODUCT is by far the best. It lies flat, you rub it in while it's still damp, and it quickly shines with microfiber towels. There's really a showroom effect. It emits a deep, wet shine, so deep that I can sort of see how the paint was applied at the factory, and I can even read the fine print on the side mirrors in the car's reflection. It repels rainwater without…

You will love the results.

I was confident in purchasing this polish as the Meguiar name is well known in the automotive industry and for quality products. My trust was rewarded by the fine workmanship of my antique Ford. Meguiar's Mirror Glaze gave me results just as good as any product I've used in the past and it was simple, easy and quick to apply. The instructions warn against completely drying the product on the paint, so it's important to work (apply, let dry, scrape and buff) in fairly small areas. And by no…

What is this mysterious oily liquid?

Not what I thought! I bought this assuming it was a mild car polish with some cleaner/filler for minor scratches and nicks. I have ever used it! I applied it to a microfiber cutting pad and started rubbing it into the paint with a DA Buffer. Wherever it was applied, it left an oily, vaseline-like film. I thought it would clean up and turn into a high gloss finish if I just kept stroking over the DA polish but the appearance didn't change, leaving a very oily looking stain smeared onto the…
