Expensive for one time use

The metal part deformed on the first try. I could straighten with a vise. After several attempts I managed to install the strap.

Big help with the tension strap

It's about time to make a tension strap for my wrx 09 and it has made my life so much easier. It took me less than 10 minutes to put the belt on. I would recommend this to anyone doing a belt stretch on their Subaru.

Is working. The same as the Gates tool but three times cheaper.

Worked to stretch the AC belt on my Subaru Impreza 08. Appears to be a copy of the tool sold by Gates. It comes without instructions and is not very intuitive to use. Check out Gates' YouTube video on how to use it. I would post a link, but it's against Revain's policy.

Worked for this home mechanic

Job done. Plus - it was 1/3 the cost of many others I've found. Cons - I had to find instructions online on how to use it. It doesn't look heavy but I found it sturdy enough to get the job done. As a home mechanic, I don't plan on using it very often, so it should work fine.
