I got this for my husband who wears an XL in any other brand, this was the equivalent of a women’s small, which would have been fine except he is certainly not a small. Having worn shape wear before, I can definitely say that this was not your average shape wear that sucks you in and shrinks you a size. This was so tight on him that I had to wrestle him out, which was a sight to behold and led to many fits of laughter, but the shirt does not work.

This shirt is like a male girdle. It is VERY slimming. It is very well made and woven. Easy recommendation for special occasions but not something you want to wear every day. I am 5'10 and 180lbs. Large is borderline for me. FYI.
