I bought one of these about five years ago and it's the only belt I've worn in five years. The best belt I've ever had and it still works. The only reason I bought another one is because I wanted it to be a bit wider. I originally bought 1 1/2 inch. Still great quality. Albeit a bit more expensive. In 2012 it was only $28. But it costs $45.

Not durable. Bought this belt to protect guide parts. I have a full frame FNX with extra clips and other accessories 😉 and needed such a wide black replacement strap. It is unstitched (which should have alarmed me) and is not double thickened. Look for other products, this belt is more suitable for everyday wear.

Avoid! They stretch and get thin, like toffee. They are made from the softest, most supple, supple leather I have ever seen on a belt. I had to make more and more holes as the skin got longer (and thinner). See attached picture. The width of the belt to which it is attached expands to half the original width within 5 weeks. I needed a 1 3/4" belt to attach the pant loops. The wide belt prevented the top of the pant from rolling through the belt like narrower belts do.

This belt was EXPENSIVE and looked well made. I bought a 50 inch model but found it a bit durable so I bought another one for 46 and after a couple of weeks I had to punch holes in it because it was stretching. At around $50 for a strap, I wasn't expecting this.

I've been wearing this belt with jeans for 8 months. When I wear this belt, my jeans don't roll up at the waist. In my opinion, a plain black trim looks great with any pair of jeans and a shirt. This belt (and buckle) is built to last. I guess in five years I'll still be wearing the belt and the buckle, held in place by two strong latches, can be replaced. Guys this is a really heavy duty belt. I was looking for something that would prevent the waistband of my jeans from buckling over my belt. not that I'm fat or anything. This product makes it possible! It probably won't fit in your chinos, that's not really what it's designed for. a fine belt like mine and I have several Trafalgars. Again no belt with the dress, but with jeans a bargain at twice the price.

I'm a tall guy so mine was a bit more expensive. However, it is worth every penny. This belt is well made, the right thickness of durable leather, has a strong buckle, and is the most comfortable belt I've ever had. new holster and it works and holds the weight of the gun flawlessly and comfortably. I will no doubt wear this belt while wearing it or without it. worth your money. Stop making decisions and just shop. You will not regret it.

My husband really likes this new belt. We follow the sizing guidelines and it fits perfectly. Excellent quality and will last a long time.
