Ordered for a first weekend in March field shoot. Worn it one morning prior to the event. Really nice piece of outdoor gear. Unfortunately spring arrived a few weeks early and it stayed on the hanger all weekend. Looking forward to the next change of weather to wear it again.

Would have given this a five but the arm holes are just a little snug and the hand pockets are up to high, I believe that is a British thing

Vest is high quality and of good material. However this vest will leave an oily substance on clothing, skin, and anything it comes into contact with. I wore the vest for three days all day long and it just felt disgusting every day.

I cannot understand the negative reviews. The sizing is spot on - I wear a size L shirt, and a size L vest fits perfectly. Many vests ride up too high, but this one is great, maybe an inch or so below the belt. I own a Barbour wax cotton jacket, and this is ALMOST the same quality. Highly recommend.

It's not vanity sized, but it fits exactly as expected. Well made product, and very comfortable. Arrived quickly and well packaged.

I'm surprised these are as inexpensive as they are. A similar product from Barbour etc. will cost you four times the amount. This is also made in the UK. I will definitely be recommending this to my friends and family.

I own a lot of vests. This is one of the best. the waxed cotton had a bit of an oily feel at first. A weeks hang in the garage took care of that. Then off camping - it worked perfectly. warm and wind proof to keep me comfortable in the early morn and latter evening. It will be a great addition to my winter rotation of outerwear.

Much too large for me. Too waxy for my taste. Overall the construction quality and fabric is good. I'll probably give it as a gift to a friend.

Its a little small but I cannot complain since it does fit. Let me be clear I should have ordered a 3xl or even a 4 xl in size, however the 2 xl fits perfectly with a light jacket on underneath. The solution is simple really i need to lose weight in order to fit properly into this fine piece of clothing. Also its warmth wow almost immediately after putting it on I could feel my chest warming up. Again this is a quality piece of clothing. So much so I will save up and by a larger size later.

Shipping was super fast! Just received waistcoat today and wore it for my stroll with the dogs. Very nice product. Seems well constructed, and the price is fantastic.

Good quality and value for your money but order up one to two sizes. Like most European made items, they run much smaller than US items. I normally wear a 2XL or possibly 3XL. Needed a size 5XL to get the fit I was looking for, so I could layer underneath.

This is a great product and I will keep an eye on this manufacturer from now on. The good thing about this vest are the pockets, I'm the kind of person who's always carrying way too much things so it suits me great (keys, phone, wallet, cigs, lighter, etc, etc). It has a double or two way zipper which I adore and makes this vest more versatile. As another customer said it might feel a little waxy but that was not an issue to me. The only downside is I wish the hand warmer pockets were behind the patch pockets so they would be lower. They are a bit high. Also it's a British Zipper so it connects on the opposite side from what an American Zipper does. For us in the States, this is a 'female' zipper because it is 'backwards' from what a male is used to on coats/jackets. Other than that, it's great.
