Software with benefits of learning and improving your capabilities

I like that it allows me as an administrator, not only be able solve my problems but also help others who may have their own issues or questions about how we can use this software better than them! The interface could improve because sometimes when you do something wrong there's no indicator so then everyone has less confidence using these functions since some people don't know what happens if certain things go awry (like sending emails). Also being new at our organization makes training more…

  • Great user community very helpful with troubleshooting any technical glitches.
  • Very easy way in order get support from Microsoft staff via emailing directly through portal site itself instead having call center calls back up again due too high volume calling hours needed by us all here working remotely during COVID19 pandemic period while social distancing is necessary now days

Easy to use and navigate with lots of features for better productivity

The best feature about this software, other than its price point that makes it affordable even if you have many users or proposals going through your pipeline at once! I wish there was an option where we could see our time spent working as opposed from what's actually done (and how much). It would be helpful when seeing who has been productive during any given day/weekend etc., but not sure whether one can add certain filters like "time worked" / no work".
