Efficient Workhorse for Industrial Pros

This metric collet turret milling machine is a game-changer for any industrial and scientific work environment. After I put it to the test, I was impressed with its speed and accuracy, making my job a lot easier and faster. The machine's workholding mechanism secures materials well, ensuring there are no hiccups during operations .However the size of the machine might not be ideal for smaller spaces. Overall, this milling machine is a top-performing tool that meets industrial standards..

Misleading Workholding Tool Disappoints

This so-called workholding tool proved to be a waste of time and money. Industrial and Scientific my foot! Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I quickly noticed how the product is not suitable for heavy-duty work. It's flimsy and inaccurate which caused me several job failures... The only pro of this tool is its affordable price, but you get what you pay for. Save yourself the headache and invest in something more reliable..

Keyway too short with 20 mm collet

The collet will not fit into the machine's taper because the keyway was not machined long enough to be stopped by the locking pin. I have provided a photo comparing this collet to another from the correct set. Edit: I will also add that the threads need to be tapped with a 7/16-20 tap to clean them up a bit.
