We are very happy with them. We tried another provider earlier this year, but after only 6 months we realized that the data we were getting wasn't really useful to us.

We are quite happy with them. We tried another provider earlier this year, but after only 6 months we realized that the data we were getting wasn't really useful to us. At Metricwire we get really granular data about people who sign up for our service, we can see exactly how many visitors come to our website, where they come from, what search terms they use to find us etc.. This means that we can personalize our email campaigns to target the right people (the ones who will benefit most from…

  • We could create custom reports very easily
  • They had all the data we needed

  • It didn't give us any new data
  • It was difficult to generate accurate numbers for their reporting tools
