This is definitely my lack of knowledge of hardware installation/integration but I managed to get it working using just my speakers as a mic bring. It's not suitable for recording on my computer, which is why I bought it - voiceover - instructional videos. I don't like that it turns on as soon as my computer boots up. For the asking price the unit is well built and looks solid although the base could be heavier for stability. There is a volume up/down control. It has a switch with LED indicator to control the function: red for mute, green for talk. Zoom detects the microphone after connecting the device. Go to the sound settings and select the JOUNIVO microphone as the microphone.

This microphone is plug and play, no drivers or installation on any of my Windows 10 computers. The sound quality is very good and I like the volume and mute controls rules above. One minor complaint, the mute button clicks loudly, it's clearly audible in the audio stream. That little nit aside, this is a great product that I will be using with Zoom and any other voice recording product. Thanks for the good!

I bought it to be able to make calls from my PC. Love it. People on the other end of the line get a clear voice with no background noise. The mute button is very handy and has a backlight so you know what state it's in.

I have bought both JOUNIVO JV603PRO and JV605. My application is for professional applications with Microsoft "Teams" and Zoom meetings for large companies. I really like the design of both. They are well built and fairly durable. They were both easily recognized by the few computers I tested them on. Unfortunately, both had low noise levels. Needs a microphone for Zoom meetings at work. I had to give a presentation and everyone commented on how cool and clear I sounded with this mic. Definitely a great buy as a simple mute button is a double win! Shared with my colleagues and some of them bought this mic.

While the mic works well I had a few issues with it. First, it had a permanent dent that prevented the mic from standing perfectly straight. Second, the mic volume is very low and for some reason there aren't any settings to increase the mic volume so what you're saying is heard clearly on the other end. When it comes to gaming, this is a good mike if it's within a foot of your mouth, if not more, and it can be difficult for your partner to hear you CLEARLY.
