Both the 425plus and the 430 do not have the ability to turn off the microphone or adjust the gain on the body. You can't connect headphones directly either. For me, this is not critical, but it would be nice to have all this. In the 420s, this is there, but there is a smaller aperture. I chose my model consciously. It's ok, I think after a few months of use I can say that the material that is supposed to cushion the contact between the table and the microphone stand is quite cheap. The top half of the stand is a bit flimsy, but it does what it does. The microphone sometimes hangs a bit through the screw, but that is normal. The main problem is that if you speak slightly off-axis into the mic, it will only pick up parts of your voice, so you'll have to reposition it. TL/DR: It's good for the price.

The wrong clamp was sent with the kit. The receiver hole on the clip is threaded and is too small for the microphone holder base, which is unthreaded and much larger. It's a shame to receive such a nice kit with mismatched factory parts. I can't comment on the sound quality as I haven't gotten that far yet. There was another reviewer with the same problem who sent it back for an exchange and got lucky the second time, but I'm not taking any chances. I'll send it back and buy something else.

It turns out my phone has (much) clearer sound quality than this mic. Right now try to record a fragment on your phone and play it through headphones or speakers. You'll sound better than this. I am very impressed with the construction of this microphone. I have a few others and they are not as well made as these. Best of all, there's almost no background noise when recording, while I've felt heavy background muting with other mics. So far, I am very satisfied!

The first mic stand I received had the wrong clip and other mismatched parts. After I exchanged the order I was able to get my mic working pretty quickly. Decent voice pickup but the real value is in the stem, pop filter and windscreen. A great budget option for those who want to avoid the need for an audio interface to record vocals. I ordered it as a work mic and for personal recordings. Overall good value for money. One star off because I had to place another order.

I bought this product when my company switched to Zoom for our personal training due to Covid. I've been using this mic for a few months now. This is the goalkeeper. I think the clamp could have been designed better because the screw will eventually tear off the base of the arm, but that's not a problem for me. The sound needs a little boost, but the quality is very good.

To be honest I only thought to try it because it was a cheap USB microphone. I didn't want to use an expensive microphone to add audio to my videos. I was surprised at how well this mic works. Truly outperforms any other USB mic in this price range. I like how it looks on my setup.

Microphone and stand packaged very well and extremely easy to assemble. I record a lot for video and the sound quality on the camera or my phone can't handle it. This microphone was worth the money. The sound is clear, feedback-free and hissing.

This microphone was "good" straight away. It had a terrible noise of its own. Almost like a digital beep. Destroyed the sound. Actual sound was good but didn't produce good tone with a large diaphragm as one would expect. Tried both pm430 and pm422. You hardly notice the difference. Although the build quality is excellent. I personally would recommend Samson Q2U. Much better sound quality and cheaper.
