It's ok, I think after a few months of use I can say that the material that is supposed to cushion the contact between the table and the microphone stand is quite cheap. The top half of the stand is a bit flimsy, but it does what it does. The microphone sometimes hangs a bit through the screw, but that is normal. The main problem is that if you speak slightly off-axis into the mic, it will only pick up parts of your voice, so you'll have to reposition it. TL/DR: It's good for the price.
