For some reason I received two computers and both returned them as they are not very good quality. However, the company keeps saying that I sent back the wrong product. To make matters worse, they don't send the computer back. THEY THROW. So now I don't have $400 or a computer. This is a big scam and Revain will NOT solve the problem. DO NOT BUY AGAIN

Everything works as intended with this bad boy. No doubt about the quality of the hardware or the delivery of this particular model that has been updated. The only thing I didn't like, while it makes sense, was that my 1 year and M$ hardware warranty was only about 7 months. Take this into account when purchasing. I don't like Windows 10 S mode because I use some open source programs like Libre Office Suite. With 8GB of RAM, it runs flawlessly in 10 Pro mode. I have a Bamboo Active and a Windows Ink stylus, and other drawing and inking apps work great. I got this for sketching and while I like it, not quite like a sketch pad because the pen has less friction than a pencil on a sketch pad, I'm sure I'll get used to it. Excellent product, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing a Frank G. Refurbished and Microtech Certified Windows product. The product took less than 48 hours to completely destroy my websites. Also, when I requested a refund, they expected me to pay for the return shipping. Absolutely ridiculous.
