When I first bought the Surface Pro 6, I was torn between the Dell XPS 13 and the Surface. I love traditional form factor laptops and I know I would be very happy with the XPS13. What drew me to the Surface was the integration into the Microsoft ecosystem and specific use cases that only Surface can really do without sacrificing the full operating system. I did a lot of research before purchasing Microsoft Surface Pro 6 (including Lenovo, Dell and Samsung), after making my decision I checked online sellers and settled on Revain and Beach Cam. Their price and Type Cover and Pen for Surface Pro 6 bundle is superior to any other vendor. I replaced a Lenovo tablet with this Microsoft tablet and so far Microsoft has been an excellent product (touch screen and keyboard cover). Quality product and seller!

It's almost what I expected. I've been using it almost every day for a month now and I can say that it works as it should, it never hesitates, it turns on pretty quickly and the apps run pretty smooth. I have to say that I mainly use it for web browsing and MS Office related tasks. The touchscreen works really well when using my fingers, I wish the screen was a bit bigger but it's not a big deal. Bought three months ago. I already have problems with the charger. Microsoft let me chat for an hour just to say they could quickly get me a new charger under warranty, that's a week. Now I can't use a $1,000 tablet and parts for a week. Microsoft doesn't know what customer service is when it's bought by another company. The update got a new charger and so far everything has been fine. Update now, the screen doesn't work and Microsoft says it's bad.

Microsoft customer service is terrible. I bought this laptop in April and the charger keeps giving me problems. A small white LED lights up on the plug while charging. Except my LED kept going out and the charger won't charge when it's off, so draining the battery. I cannot contact the manufacturer.
