Microsoft customer service is terrible. I bought this laptop in April and the charger keeps giving me problems. A small white LED lights up on the plug while charging. Except my LED kept going out and the charger won't charge when it's off, so draining the battery. I cannot contact the manufacturer. Customer support on the Microsoft website keeps sending me for a troubleshooting guide or a virtual customer service representative. I've tried all the recommended fixes and they don't work. The virtual assistant gives me the same solution which doesn't work. It's still under warranty, but I got fed up and spent $60 to replace the charger. I don't want to deal with Microsoft anymore. Charger aside, I like the Surface Pro, although I was hoping to find something else with a stylus.
