🧹 Down by Miele Review

I bought this soap to use on my North Face down jacket and Mountain Hard Wear down vest. My jacket and vest have been wonderful after using this product. $15 is expensive for laundry detergent, but it's cheaper than sending clothes to the dry cleaner to be washed. I used it in a front loading washing machine on a delicate setting. I've also used wool drying balls (6 total) in a dryer on low heat. My jacket and waistcoat are like new and in dire need of a wash. This was the best product I found for washing goose down pillows and duvets, items I have never dared to wash before. Thanks to my Miele washing machine combined with this Miele down detergent I can now safely wash all my down items (just make sure they are machine washable, some down items are dry clean only). Pillows and duvets (including king-size items) come out clean and odor-free (I have no issues with chemical sensitivities) and they dry great in a warm dryer with a few tennis balls…

I bought down detergent for a white down jacket that hadn't been washed in two seasons and some of the stains looked like they would never come out. But even without pre-treatment (the jacket was so dirty I knew why even bother) Miele Down Wash managed to remove 99% of the stains and the rest faded so much I bleached everything stayed in the sun.
