I like the fact that it is so much easier and quicker to have my internet work, than I had in my previous ISP. They have the best support. They were fast and responsive when I had issues with my router. It is easy to set up on my computer using a network setting. The best thing about using mikrotiks is that they have always been there to support me through any issue I may face, their customer service team are very helpful and friendly. They also provide great documentation which makes it easy for us as users to understand how things work in their products. It is relatively easy to set up our network infrastructure with mtk switches, it also has an advanced CLI that makes configuration of routers much easier than most other products we've used in this space (ease-of use). If you have experience using Cisco equipment then switching over from them will take some getting accustomed too but once familiarized its pretty seamless transition compared others I'd tried before ours - so thats another plus!
