Amazing performance and features for such a small and inexpensive device. The default configurations are easy to set up for general use, but there are a lot of options in terms of configuration. I set up this system with virtual wireless networks that are separated from the rest of my network using a VLAN on another Mikrotik router. I live in an area that doesn't have cell service. My career requires me to be connected. The wireless hotspot allows me to be almost anywhere in the garden and still stay connected to Wi-Fi. 200+ foot range, line of sight. Added this to my home network after only using the 2.4GHz built into my Mikrotik CRS125-24G-1S-2HnD-IN because I had better WiFi performance at the other end of my house and AC speed wanted .
