I like having them on my desk to erase personal information. I don't have room for a big chopper. I also keep a few in the kitchen to get my address out of my inbox.

Great concept, but tricky to use. It seems like you have to dig out the paper between the blades every time you press down. I don't know which takes longer - shredding paper or removing paper buildup.

When you need to shred a small piece of paper instead of all of it. No, it can't cut 2, 3 or 4 sheets of paper at once (that's what a shredder is for) and it can't cut cards (that's what a shredder is for). This is great for a simple corner with personal info or account numbers etc. Well worth getting. keep life simple

We've been using these scissors for a few weeks now and we love them, they're so handy you can easily do the part that you put your name and name on tear off the address or account number instead of destroying the entire page. These scissors are very sharp and so far I haven't had a jammed paper, but I only cut 1 page at a time, it's not too heavy for me, very easy to use, I usually use it when opening my daily mail. Good buy.!

After 2/8 of the stack of paper to be shredded had been cut, the scissors broke. It's pretty much 4 scissors in one so it's quite bulky in your hand and hurts over time. You can't cut more than 3 sheets of paper at a time and you have to tear the paper sheets to get the best piece. Too much unnecessary work. You are better off just investing in a paper shredder or going to the nearest office and paying them to shred the papers for you. I tried to get a refund but when I finally had time to take
