Power Tool Parts & Accessories Value for Money

I built a rotary tool carousel that required 2 40" round 3/4" MDF boards. It worked perfectly, I was able to set up the router and cut both circles in less than an hour. The good part is when I was done I also had 3/4 MDF gussets from the corners cut off. Use and craft shelf supports. I was then able to remove the router and disassemble the guide and store it back in the box until I needed it again and needed to make a bracket. I'm so glad I got this.

A must have router accessory, very simple and accurate AAA+++

I received the Milescraft 1219 CircleGuideKit today and this is my first time using a router. Fitting this circle kit to my new Porter-Cable 690LR was a breeze. All three of the included installation screws fit the Porter-Cable 690LR's screw holes, giving it a very solid feel. I'm new to woodworking so THANK YOU Milescraft CircleGuideKit, I was able to cut a perfect circle and accurately sized a wooden donut to improve the filter on my dust bag. This is an essential accessory if you have a…

Works well - power and hand tools

Documentation is fine. It's not written very clearly, but it works. My Bosch router was on the list because of the different hole patterns in the base, but neither the screws that came with it nor the existing screws for the router base suited my situation *sigh. Luckily, my friend's router bolts directly to the base. Simply cut multiple 36" circles for countertops. The pivoting guide and guide nozzle make center cuts super easy and smooth, and the included nozzle creates a clean edge on your…

$$ worth not to reinvent the device.

I used the instructions and cut out a large circle. Good work; No problem. Used an offset base to help move the router around the edge to round out the top edge. I CAN'T REMOVE THIS THING. I ended up heating the outside edge with a heat gun, hoping to raise it, then I had an assistant pull it and I pulled the router the other way. Has anyone else had this experience? rub the inner edge a little, or at least with soap or paraffin. Perhaps the manufacturer will comment. It fits the Ryobi R163 as…

If you like complex tools to solve simple problems, then this is for you!

First off, this isn't a bad review. The tool is solidly made (albeit made of plastic) and should do its job well. With one caveat, sawdust can clog the joints between the router base and the template. But, boy, has it been redesigned. The designer missed the lessons of simplicity. Its saving grace was that it was cheaper than seemingly simple contraptions that you could make yourself. However, it solves a problem that others can't - tracing small circles as small as 1 1/2 inches. At first…

You just can't beat this jig!

I was dying to try it on the day it arrived. For years I used my own home made appliances but have since lost them when my workshop turned into a laundry/storage room. Never mind, they were nowhere near as good as these! I had the perfect project I sketched out a few months ago - plywood sun visors for my van tires. But first I had to figure out what was in the box and where everything fit, so YouTube came to the rescue. Wow! That was great. My Porter-Cable 6902 router base fitted perfectly, as

Makes circles easier

For years I've struggled with cutting or making circles - it just isn't easy. I recently found a YouTube video of a factory round bait and then found this one. For $40 it was easy. See the product description for details. I found connecting my 30 year old Bosch B1450 plunge router easy. I used Bosch screws that came with a plastic plate and small washers and everything was fine. I didn't have to drill any additional holes, I just needed washers to increase the diameter of the screw head. The…
