Useable drill dust collector

Fits my Makita and Hilti drills but awkward to use with a vacuum cleaner so I cover the suction hole with a lid but the lid sometimes falls off and spills cement dust on the Floor. sigh

Pros
  • Absolute legend
Cons
  • Not bad

Watch your eyes on power and hand tools

This thing is a piece of shit it doesn't spin so everything spins when you pull the trigger and the rubber band can break and you hit the face like it did mine. Yes, Jack, I wore glasses. When using this product, put a large washer between the SDS drill and the product, it's still attached to me but has been blocked for a while.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Not as thick as other pickaxes

Extremely healthy

For those worried about the health issues associated with heavy drill dust, here's your answer. It also makes cleaning easier. A dry vacuum attachment is required for vacuuming, so it will not work with regular vacuum cleaners. Due to the narrowness of the pipe, to drill large holes you'll need something like a Disston RemGrit hole saw dust collector.

Pros
  • Hands-free
Cons
  • Almost never

Working with a standard drill saves hours cleaning

Drywall dust is heavy, especially overhead. It managed to get the job done, especially since it was hooked up to a vacuum. Need teamwork. Use the product only for its intended purpose. I can't say it's safe to use with a standard or any other drill. Use a vacuum port! The vacuum connection wasn't that good and I managed to separate the metal disc on the bottom when trying to drill a wider hole. So I'm guessing the hole wasn't 1/2", but when it broke through it seemed to work with a larger…

Pros
  • High support and durability ratings from testers
Cons
  • Medium
