The ease of use and the number of features. The app has all the information someone could need to keep track of their ministries. I like the reminders feature and the ability to have the app notify me if someone is not showing up. I wish there were more options for a calendar. I like that it's easy enough so anyone can use, but still has some of my favorite features (such as reminders). Sometimes when you're using mindmyministry at work/church or other places where there are multiple computers around it gets confused about what computer is logged into which account sometimes causing problems with scheduling etc! I like that it's so easy! As soon as you sign-up, everything is there - no messing around with plugins or codes. Also, being able to send out reminders via text/email makes life much easier than having to physically go into my office manager. The only thing i dislike about mindmyministry is how difficult it can be when trying to logout of your account if you are not signed in properly during an event (e.g., after midnight). I like that it is very easy to use, it has an intuitive interface and the reminders are great! We have used other programs before but this one works best with our ministry's structure and communication plan. The only thing we don't love about mindmyministry is that there isn't more variety of different reminder types (like you can do with some other software). The best thing about Mind My Ministry is that it is very easy to use, and you can customize how you want to have your reminders set up. I like that its easy, simple format works well with my phone or computer without any hassel of having an app available everywhere!
