Disappointing Oval Roasting Pan

After i put it to the test, I was incredibly let down by this bakeware... The promised non-stick coating failed me, resulting in a headache-worthy cleaning experience. The only upside is that it's made with sturdy steel. In the future I'll be choosing a different brand for my baking needs..

Pros
  • Sturdy Steel
Cons
  • Non-stick coating failed

"Amazing Roasting Pan!

Using this product our team found that our dishes come out evenly cooked and perfectly browned... The oval shape is great for roasting larger cuts of meat and the steel construction ensures durability. However, it may be a bit heavy for some users to handle. Overall, we highly recommend this roasting pan for any home cook or professional chef..

Pros
  • Durable steel construction ensures longevity and even heating during roasting.
Cons
  • Steel construction may cause food to stick if not properly greased or coated.

Almost perfect for cookware

I have all the deBuyer Mineral B Prop pans, paella pans, rustic pans and love them all. So when I needed an oval brazier, I chose one of these. She's almost perfect. The problem is that it warps/warps. I thought the first one was a coincidence so I actually bought the second one. I suspect the oval shape is more prone to warping on a round platter, but if it were a bit thicker it would probably solve the problem. I know - don't use high heat etc, but the reasons I love argon pans are: 1) good…

Pros
  • Frying pans
Cons
  • Very expensive
