Terrible quality, waste of money!

When I tried this item, it fell apart within minutes of use. The mandrel was not reinforced enough to handle the pressure needed for the job..

Will not fit Foredom quick release handle

You're fine. They fit my Dremel and the regular Foredom handpiece, but their size is slightly different so they don't fit the quick change handpiece. They look ok, true to size in description but slightly smaller than the 3M so won't stay in the hand block.
