Great tool - especially if your church services multiple locations

I like that you can do everything online, or have an option for video training as well! Some of my favorite features are being able to create different groups/circles within ministry grid, which allows me to segment volunteers into specific roles (like youth pastor vs Sunday School teacher). Also love how easy is was set up our website with their help too. When we first started using Mgrid, there were some glitches here and there but they worked quickly when issues came about. We also had one…

Pros
  • Easy way organize group members
  • Ease setting it u p
  • Ability t o change settings easily if needed.
  • Great customer support team who works hard getting problems solved fast
Cons
  • I will keep silent

Great Resource For Volunteers Of All Ages

I love how easy this program is for volunteers of all ages! It's so user friendly, as well as being affordable (free). The training that comes with each ministry has been incredibly helpful when introducing new people into our team at my local congregation - we've found many ways they have helped us out even after their initial session was over. Nothing really stands out but if you are looking for something free/easy then check them out first before purchasing any other programs from…

Pros
  • It's simple, easy to use, affordable, quick, free
Cons
  • Nothing really stands out or I would say it works for me

Great Leadership Training Resource + Excellent Staff

I love how easy this program is for new leaders, or people who are just getting started with ministry training! The videos can be confusing at first but once you get used them they become very helpful tools that help me grow as an individual within my team/church family unit (which leads into growth of our community!). Sometimes there isn't much content available online so if we need more information about something then sometimes having someone from staff come out helps us understand things…

Pros
  • Very accessible
  • Great resource to learn different tasks in your church while giving tips&tricks throughout each video.
  • Easy access no long term commitment required
  • Helps create unity among all members involved
Cons
  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine

Great tool/platform when trying get people involved in ministries

I love how easy this program is to use. It's so easy to upload pictures, create quizzes, etc. The only thing that I don't like is you can't add other programs to the same account as Ministry Grid. You have to make separate accounts for each service. So if you have multiple services at one time, you have to pay for extra software. If you already know how to do ministry or training with an organization, this is great! I highly recommend it. I am using it to train our youth leaders. They love it…

Pros
  • Easy
  • Great way keep trackof what others are doing in their ministries.
  • Great wayso teach new people aboutministry
Cons
  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine

Great Tool For Training & Group Sessions

This is one of my favorite programmings as well as training tools, because I can go through everything at once with ease! You are not restricted by time limits or being stuck waiting for others to finish their sessions before you move forward. It also allows me to see all people who have signed up for an event simultaneously. The only downside that some may find frustrating would be trying to navigate back out if they accidentally click something instead of continuing where they left off. That

Pros
  • I love how quick and easy it is to log in and start a session with any person or group
Cons
  • I dislike the lag in the software, but not much more than I dislike the lag in my internet
