Excellent quality fan

Excellent fan! Ease of installation. We only had to order a separate 12" rod to work with the coffered ceiling. After installation, it didn't rock at all. It is very quiet and moves the air very well. The bronze is very pretty.

The fan is not bad but not good and not great

The fan arrived with a curved flange that holds the switch cover. I didn't find it until the last installation part. The box it came in was undamaged. I put the lid on and the fan works, but it's noisy. He's in my garage. I do NOT recommend this fan.

Great fan. - Ceiling fans

I bought 2 of these fans about 5 months ago. I installed them outside under a covered patio. They're about 9 feet off the ground and move the air pretty well. The only problem I had was the surface of the fan blades wear off, but that's only because they aren't rated for outdoor use and I installed them outside and won't turn them off. I would buy them again and can recommend them.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • I don't like them at all, everything is fine

Finally a nice fan

We moved into our house and all the fans are looking sloppy! I was thankful when the fan in our family room broke because then I had an excuse to replace it with something more modern. This fan is beautiful - we didn't get a light but it's perfect. If I had to change it at all I would make it a little bigger because it's a bit small, but it works! It's very quiet and my husband says it was easy to install.

Great 4-blades fan

If you want a classic 4-blades fan, this is a good choice. Ceiling fans almost never had 5 blades until the 1950s; You will most likely see an even number of blades (4, 6, or 2 depending on how common they appear). This is one of the few 4-blade fans that has a pre-war look without having to buy a Hunter Original (great, I have one). I bought this particular model for the color of the blade and then painted the steel parts black to make it suitable for a craft home.

As long as it's Breeze!

I needed a fan for a small room I was renovating but I needed a fan with no light as there were already two lights on either side of the ceiling. Found this and it looks great. My husband and I installed it and it was easy enough for us. We've installed/replaced 3 ceiling fans in the past so that wasn't a problem. We didn't have to do any electrical work, just remove the old one and replace it with the new one. I am happy with my fan and it looks great. The good thing is that it is very quietโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Finally bought
Cons
  • Empty

I bought this fan for installation in a remote cabin and I have to say the installation was ridiculously easy After installing Minka Aire A245-BS (sloped ceiling adapter for my 8/12 sloped ceiling), I assembled the fan (no fan blades), bottom shaft and Minka Aire K9515-1 lighting kit while on the base block, and hung in the ceiling adapter which allowed me to finish the electrical connections of the fan, I had to put a weight on one of the blades to make it spin without hesitation (5-10โ€ฆ

  • There are other interesting options.

poor quality control

poor quality control! I bought 3 of them. Two of the three had electrical connections; 7 pin plastic male to 7 pin male connector between motor and switch at the bottom which was very difficult to connect. One of them was incorrectly connected. See my attached photos of correctly and incorrectly connected contacts! I spent an hour trying to figure out why a fan wasn't working. Turns out the black wire that is the hot side for the motor and the blue wire that is the hot side for the lights wereโ€ฆ
