I love this ash bucket! I used to have an old mop bucket, and now I've upped my fireplace game with this chic, durable ash bucket.

Lid badly damaged. Went back to Revain and they replaced it. The replacement wasn't as bent as the first one that came, but the quality just isn't great.

Good size bucket, study the metal construction. Attractive enough that you can leave it next to the fireplace. The lid fits well, which is important. The carrying handle is instructive.

Expensive but well designed heavy duty bin. Handy double floor in case someone puts a rug with hot ash on it. Comfortable lid and sturdy handle. The relatively large dimensions for storage near the fireplace and the high price are the only disadvantages.

This is a basic product so not many reviews here. What I like about it: 1) The size is big enough to clean and pour in a small scoop or scoop full of chimney ash. 2) Seems sturdy and durable but I've only used it a couple of times as I haven't used it. The fireplace has been lit too many times this winter. 3) Functional shape, handle, spout are great features. 4) Style - looks great on the hearth of the fireplace.

The ash bucket itself seems very sturdy and is perfect for my needs. I look forward to using it! However, it came in a large box with a bucket wrapped in a plastic bag with no padding around it. The bucket may have slipped inside the box during shipping, so the handle is probably crumpled (see photo). The lid was pretty well wrapped in bubble wrap and was still somehow dented in transit, presumably from being able to move around in the box. I hope they pack the bucket better in future shows…

Ash bin looks good. It contains a lot of ash. The main reason I bought it was to have a bucket to use when putting out the fire at night, something to hold hot ashes and let them die. Well, this bucket is not airtight. The lid is not tight and there is a gap through which air can enter. I can't use it for its intended purpose. It looks nice that way and I can put cold long dead ash in it. But the intended use is not possible. If you're looking for an airtight bucket, look elsewhere.
