Always had to adjust settings in OBS Studios to connect. There was a QR code to get to the manual and it asks you to download the software but doesn't tell you how to get it. When I first started with this, all my videos at 1080p60 looked crystal clear and sharp. I love it. Now 38 days after purchase and after about 65 hours of Xbox capture, I can't no matter how I change my settings (because I didn't change it after the first time because all the frames were there). get a smooth grip.
