Excellent product that has helped our business tremendously

I enjoyed working with all of our consultants at MIZE as well as everyone who worked under them from day one! The level of expertise was amazing along with passion for what they do. We really got great input from both sides which helped set us up for success! Nothing to dislike but would be cool if there were more services available for maintenance work orders. Would also love for our customers to get some benefits such as discounts or incentives if we have parts that are purchased through…

User Friendly Software with Great Functionality

The ease of use was the best part of this software. It helped me to manage my customer's equipment and keep track of their status all at one place. I didn't like that you could not see your customers' equipment until you were logged into the software. It would have been great if they made it so that you can login and see what you need to do next without having to log out and back in. It does everything you need it to. Maintain your IT asset management effectively

The best part of this software was that it gave me an easy access into my product history which helped with data analysis for future decisions. It also allowed us to track our repairs easily through its tracking system. I believe there should be more features added so as we can use them efficiently especially when working from home or while traveling.
