My daughter wore the previous version of these boots over several pairs so we ordered the same size as her old boots in this new model. When they arrived we found that they were quite tight and had to be exchanged for a half size larger. So it seems that they can work a little less than their previous version.

Many thanks to this company. I ordered these because my high school student needed a new pair of club softball shoes. It was an emergency for us and this company increased my shipping cost and it was amazing. The shoes are perfect, she loves their perfect fit!

We have had these boots for 2 months now and part of the front of the boot started to peel off after 1 1/2 months. Now, 2 months after purchase, the metal is coming out through the right spike on the side. We bought metal spikes because my daughter had just started using the 14U travel ball and it was time to make the switch from rubber to metal. I was expecting to have to replace them after 12 months instead of 2. Extremely dissatisfied with this product.

My daughters chose a softball team and bought very nice New Balance metal cleats. Being a pitcher she lasted 2 tournaments before getting a hole in her pivot foot, 3 tournaments she had a hole. We tried to fix them but to no avail. Bought these hoping they would work better. My daughter didn't like that the spikes weren't as long as the ones on her NB shoes, but these shoes have held up and are holding up after season and prom.

I purchased this item for my daughter in March this year. Great shoes for the time. It's now November and the metal part of the spikes underneath is 50% gone. We never let our 13-year-old walk on concrete (I'm an avid skater myself and know the damage metal can do); So I find it disappointing with this Mizuno product. Everything else about the shoe has held up - even with its heavy drag, there's a pitcher. Just not impressed with the metal bracket.
