These are the most incredible candles! Everyone thinks this is a real flame. Even better, they turn on at the same time every day, making it easier to illuminate a dark entryway or washroom. I LOVE HER!

This is one of the most elegant things I've come across. The "flame" really flickers like a real candle flame! I really like it! Too bad I don't have more than a dozen for the upcoming holiday season. And they are safe. This is also important.

My return was processed very quickly and I had no problems with my refund. Excellent customer service. I returned my candle because it required larger and heavier batteries than I expected. Also, the spring needed to keep the batteries in contact was too weak to do the job.
