🚿 Moen 4793 M-PACT Valve - Adjustable Two Handle Roman Tub Valve with 1/2-Inch CPVC PEX Connections, N/A Review

My item was missing parts. Moen did everything right. But the box my faucet was in had a large hex nut and tapered bushings needed to mount the unit "loose in the box". Working with Moen I have learned that nuts and bushings should be in their own parts bags. I was missing a large nut and a tapered bushing. Stopped me dead in my tracks My product appears to have been opened before I received it and parts have been altered and lost. Very disappointed!

Purchased to replace a 10 year old MOEN faucet stem that failed on Roman tub faucets. These parts are not exact replicas of the original, and perhaps that's a good thing as the original had a catastrophic failure (galvanic corrosion) resulting in TWO holes in the shaft and water in all directions. The hot/cold water wands are noticeably smaller than the original ones and will likely require a flat washer to install in the holes drilled in the tub deck. Those issues aside, this is a great…

The Eva Roman bathtub faucet I bought came with the valves soldered but as I have little experience with this and wanted a different handle configuration for my bathtub corner I went for it and am so glad i did it.
