The jaw depth is 2" (50mm), clamps materials up to 2 1/4" (58mm) thick. 26" long C-clamp locking pliers are ideal for clamping bulky work pieces. Metal swivel pads to ensure no marring on your work piece. Heavy duty Chrome Vanadium steel jaws and teeth with premium wear and corrosion resistant nickel plating. Operation is as easy as turning the screw to adjust the pressure level and fit the object at hand. Classic trigger lock release securely lock the pliers in place while you work.

Sturdy and strong!: Clamps

I've used these before on a build I'm working on and they are very strong and durable. Hold on. I wish I had had her long ago.

These are 2 " clamps

As mentioned, these are NOT 6" clamps. There are 2 of these in clamps. The photo shows a Kreg 2 clamp. I knew what I read from the reviews but this is totally false advertising.

6 inches is the overall size, NOT the neck size as everyone else is pointing out.

They tell you in the full description but be aware. I didn't get this after looking at a dozen similar products (all neck sizes listed in their short descriptions). My mistake, and the 2 inch neck size isn't very useful. The rest of the clamps are sufficient.

NOT 6 inch clamp, suitable for power and hand tools.

Nothing on this clamp is 6 inches. The overall length is 8 inches, the width is 2 inches, and the maximum clip thickness is 2.5 inches. It is also not what is advertised as it is a very good 2 inch clamp.

Did a project with them and worked exactly as they should.

I actually looked at them and wondered if there would be any quality compared to the kreg I originally bought. So far I'm very happy with the quality. I haven't found anything that would be problematic in this regard. For the price, they far outperformed Craig. In my last build they worked great for holding the face frame pieces together and keeping my euro loop in place. These are the Guardians!

There are zero complaints here.

I only use these clamps occasionally but didn't plan on completing my woodwork without them so I went for these cheaper clamps. I have to say they look pretty solid. I have a solid collection of expensive pliers ("clamps"), having gone the route of cheap ones falling apart, but nothing about these clamps feels cheap. They are strong, very hard and the pads are nicely shaped and smooth. I am very happy with this purchase and will likely purchase deeper ones in the near future. This is one of…
