Terrible quality control.

Wrong size castle nut in a box. One of the boxes had a torn anther, the next a casting error which was cleaned with a grinder, damaging the anther. Unfortunately, MOOG isn't what it used to be.

Pros
  • Steering and suspension tools
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Missing boots. 2 orders still no anthers.

Incomplete parts. No anthers. Cost me a lot of downtime. Ordered twice but still no rubber boots. The photo shows the packaging when it is shipped. Never open. Moog was wrong. Eventually I had to go to the local auto parts store and buy. Spent a few hundred dollars on Moog products for this project and am now very disappointed.
