We have now bought two of these. Because of the price, there were fears that they were inferior to the REI version or other well-known brands. I was wrong, they are great! They are durable and fold up nicely and compactly, making them easy to take with you, on a hike or just about anywhere you would normally take a chair. If you are looking for a chair that takes up little space and is light at the same time, then take it 😃.

Wow, I was surprised. Got them last minute for 2 beach vacations. Did a great job on the hard sandy beach of Outer Banks, NC. But I figured these chairs couldn't take the sweet, white, soft sand of Fort Walton Beach, Florida. boy was i wrong! Just as comfortable and stable on soft ground as on the harder sands of North Carolina. A little difficult to fold, but will get easier with time. EXCELLENT PURCHASE! Would definitely buy again - but now "sold out" - Revain, please refill.

My partner and I bought this chair for hiking/camping. After trying several times to figure out how to assemble it (it took less than 5 minutes and neither of us are rocket scientists or particularly skilled) and disassemble it, we took it camping last week. It folds very compactly, sits comfortably, is easy to set up and doesn't feel wobbly at all. The pockets are great for storing your beer/soda/drink or cell phone. Overall we are both happy with the purchase.

I love these chairs! They're heavier than the ultra-light ones from places like REI, but the square base makes them a lot sturdier than front/back or side-to-side single pole versions. It was the only one I saw with a fully square base and I decided to take a chance. I'm glad I did.
