Works well for kids karting

Working grill on 212 engine cover could be better. But it works great on a kid kart with maybe 25% traction with my weight of 200lbs + bearings at 15-20mph.

I am impressed. 195lbs 212cc 48mph gps

Coleman powerports ct200u-ex swap P212cc hemi. The drive bolt supplied had a different threaded bolt pattern to my 3/4 drive, had to send the motor to Ace to get the correct bolt length/thread.

Satisfactory product

This item is used to power an older scooter and has proved excellent. The plastic case had cracks, but the seller fixed everything, I'm happy with the result. Excellent communication and service.

Gearbox for 212c in torque converters

looks good. already assembled for the trolley. I had to take it apart because it's for a motorized bike and put it back together properly. does not work for a motorized bicycle. need a sprocket on the back of the cardan shaft. but will not fit. not the size to fit there. can not use. Next. never mind

Keeps the engine on the torque curve

By keeping it on the torque curve, you can climb hills and trails faster when you hit the hard load that engine power takes over after a hard start. and get you up to speed in a shorter distance than a centrifugal clutch. Some top speed is lost, but with the converter, it's more predictable and smoother.

REQUIRES 5/16 FINE THREAD SCREW

Product comes with mounting screws. The screws provided are 5/16 coarse thread, but if you purchase the 212 from Harbor Freight you will need FINE THREAD screws for installation. The included coarse threaded bolts get stuck in the mounts and don't go in more than an inch. Go to the store and get the FINE 1" 5/16 threaded studs.

Belt already smokes my first lasted 3 seasons

It's easy to assemble but the bottom belt cover bolt, the bulge in the bottom plate, rests against the frame which doesn't make it sit flush with the frame so we had to sand it down. after that everything was fine, i'm happy with it, my little man lives with his stroller and likes to ride it. Belt wear aside, I would buy it again
