They fit my 2007 Honda Civic perfectly. These filters are very easy to replace - don't let the sales at your local quick oil changer fool you! These are regular activated charcoal cabin filters so nothing more to say. They fit my 11 CTS with no problems. I'm not sure how much activated carbon filters actually do for odors etc, but I've been using them for a number of years with no problems.
