Purchased on a 2014 RAM 1500 Big Horn with factory options: power folding, power windows, heater, temp sensor, auto dimming, puddle lights, turn signals. feedback before purchase. Yes, the front bolt on the right side had to be cut. The temperature is slightly different. So like the others I drilled a hole for the sensor. Arrived early, well packaged. Mirrors actually wear out the foam in transit by bouncing around. These were undamaged. The weight is more than I expected. Seems very solid, even the movement of the mirror is nice and tight, holding it shouldn't be a problem. I just showed up as gaining weight does the job for 2 people. Bought for my husband for Father's Day. He loves her. They were easy to install (he did it himself in about an hour). He's got a 3/4 truck, but they don't have towing mirrors (nonsense right?). He's so happy he finally has mirrors that look better on a big truck. He likes that the mirrors can be raised or lowered but don't extend. He was happy because he didn't want to lose the lightbulbs on the bottom of the mirrors. They're reasonably priced and a lot more reasonable than some of the others…

So I had some problems with the mirrors so the packaging was good lots of foam everywhere as soon as I opened the box. I looked at the mirror's connector terminals and noticed that one of the driver's side terminals had a stray orange wire sticking out of it, so I figured it was the running lights' wire, but once I looked at the passenger side terminals, there wasn't an extra one Cable. The mirrors fit and look great. I replaced my mirrors because my passenger mirror broke when I was driving out of the garage. These mirrors were significantly inferior to those on my 1500 Limited. I lost auto dimming and power folding function. Others have complained that lights and turn signals don't work. Or they needed a dealer to program them to run. I can't say that if your truck doesn't already have lights and turn signals, they are plug and play, but they worked for me. I'm not 100% sure

Unlike factory mirrors, the controls are upside down when flipped up. Someone said programming LEG mode would cure it. But I doubt. What actually tells the door control that the mirror is upright? Be sure to program the LEB and LEC for the puddle lights and turn signals to work. Dealers charge $125-$177 for it, although a guy on the forum did it for $30 (good dealer).
