Poor design

Ribbon falls out easily. For the price, it's not that bad compared to other models. If you mark a lot, I would go for the larger and more expensive version.

Not Convenience

This product does not meet my expectations. I need a strong hand to use it. I hurt my hand a bit trying to make some labels. And it doesn't come out right, the letter is a mess. Also because the ribbon I ordered was a light color and the letter is white so you can't see it. And it's a hassle to go back and forth to find a letter

Dymo 1880 Embossing Labelmaker is much better

Please save some money and find the Dymo 1880 Embossing Label Printer (supplied with 3 wheels and ribbon - see attached comparison pictures). The Dymo version is of much better quality. For example, the Dymo wheel slides smoothly and easily with your thumb, while your index finger and thumb barely turn the Motex wheel, which looks like a cheap fun plastic toy about to break. You can still find the Dymo version on eBay, Etsy, etc.
