I'm sure the belt tensioner is great but a bleeder brake arrived instead. There was a belt sensor sticker on the brake belt packaging

The 10lb cord is nothing more than a piece of plastic wrapped around a 10lb marked shaft. The plastic causes the shaft to bind and bind when pressed. It works, but there's no way to tell if the 10lb mark corresponds to the 10lb print.
