Motorcraft WG30 New Washer Pump Review

Replace my old worn windshield washer pump with a factory one on my 97 F250. Installation was easy and the instructions are clear.

The pump works well and was very easy to install. It was a replacement for the 1995 Ford F-150. The product comes with installation instructions, but it was easy to swap out without them.

I was trying to find a replacement washer pump for my 1986 F-350. Everywhere I went I was offered a "universal" washer pump or a Chinese-made replacement. Revain had it available at a great price! I highly recommend looking at Revain for parts.

I didn't like that it stopped working after a few weeks! I was just trying to see if it could be returned and it says "return window closed on October 4th!" I bought it on August 31st, didn't install it straight away, was in the truck probably two weeks when it did didn't work anymore. GARBAGE!

This pump comes in the original Ford Motorcraft packaging. It included a snap ring and a double-sided sheet of Ford installation instructions. The instructions call for a 1" 12 point socket and some dry lubricant such as graphite. The pump arrived with a graphite coating on the rubber gasket, just enough for installation. I could use a WD40 cap instead of a socket to evenly push in the snap ring, but just about any thin-walled pipe or screwdriver would do the job with care. If this bothers you,
