Looks cheap but works

Looks cheap but fits in a G7 Thin Q with an Otter case and charges with the case. Only thing that really bothered me as it doesn't have an on/off switch like some so if you don't want to drain the battery when your bike is off you have to connect the switch to the positive side

Charges in a protective case

I installed it on the steering wheel of my Victory Vegas car, it works great and it charges my Galaxy 8 Plus fairly quickly in a protective case. I wish the grips were metal instead of plastic, but they hold my phone very firmly, although they vibrate, but that's to be expected from an AV twin cruiser. I hooked it up to an accessory so it turns on with the ignition.

QI Seems to work fine

I wanted to use this with a RAM mount. The ball on it is not a standard size. However, it is pulled all the way to the RAM mount. QI store works. I drove for 30 minutes with Waze and music and when I got to work it was still 100%. I will update if this changes on a longer trip. What keeps me from giving it a higher rating is the mount itself. I trust the RAM mount to hold the phone. This mount doesn't look as secure as RAM. You are in the situation of carrying a $1,000 phone in a $20 cell phone

Fantastic accessory with a few small issues that don't affect my purchase decision.

I bought this in November 2019 and installed it on a 2015 Softail that same week. I drive quite a bit so wear and tear is to be expected. I have an iPhone X in a protective Otterbox and it charges the phone quickly with no issues, in fact it works much better than I expected. reliable and shows almost no minimal vibrations, this is a good setup and worth the price. The lower support arms have developed cracks in the corners from the inside edge to the rubber bumpers for about 2,000 miles, but…

Protects and charges my phone

I read the negative reviews and couldn't believe we have the same product. This phone mount has been over 160 mph multiple times. In Mexico. It charges my phone while I live stream and listen to Spotify at the same time. Both apps are high battery drain apps and they charge my S9+ up to 100 percent every time. I ride a lot and place very high demands on the equipment. That's more than I expected. I've paid a lot more for phone mounts that don't fit this mount. People who left bad reviews…
