Too fluffy, does not collect dust well. In addition, the ropes catch on the edges of objects and tear or tilt the frame. It's okay for a quick dust if someone shows up at the last minute, but don't substitute a rag for the real dust!

This will probably work well on a flat surface, but DEFINITELY not for anything subtle or detailed. I found it awkward and even holding things while cleaning them the fibers would get stuck and just make more work! (example - chandelier and wrought iron table)

There used to be no dust, now it's almost gone. I'm running out of things to dust. I go door to door and people tell me to go because apparently it's trespassing. I appreciate what this device has given me, restraining orders and regular injunctions.

Well I was on the phone when I opened it. I was laughing so hard I couldn't speak, then my head fell off and it was like my great grandmother was on the floor or something. I lost it! The product serves my purpose, however the dust cap kept falling off the handle and had to be glued on to keep it in place. Works best on flat smooth surfaces for light dust. Thin microfiber threads get stuck in drawer handles and anywhere they can snag on parts or screws. I mainly use it for regular maintenance of picture frames and dresser/table tops, so I'm happy with that.

The head is designed to be unscrewed from the handle and where it connects to the handle there is a small brittle piece of plastic which after minimal use/light wiping down broken off at home. It can probably be attached with glue, but in its current state it's unusable as the head can't be reattached to the handle. My disposable disposable rags are more durable. I bought this specifically to dust my crystal chandelier. VERY BAD IDEA! The rag's thin threads immediately tangled in the tiny hooks between the crystals, and soon the rag was attached, hanging from the chandelier. It took both of us 45 minutes to carefully unhook the thing and cut it off with nail scissors. I was lucky that the result wasn't much worse!
