Fantastic high-end power supply!

I just built a new custom rig and when I was shopping for parts I saw that MSI had released a line of power supplies. I decided to try them and was not disappointed. This is a great power supply with high power requirements in the mid-range. Honestly, unless you work hard with multiple GPUs, this will cover your needs. It's been running like a champ for about three months now with: GPU - AMD Radeon RX 5700 XTCPU and cooler - AMD Ryzen-7 3700x with MSI MAG CORELIQUID 360RRAM cooling - G.SKILL…

Pros
  • 10 Year Limited Warranty. The MPG gaming power supply is backed by a 10-year limited warranty to ensure long-term reliable performance.
Cons
  • Periodicity

Maybe worth a try?

I will update the review after 6 months of use. So far it works great on 5800X, 2 SSDs and 1080Ti. I thought I noticed a faint smell of burning twice, but I recently lit a frying pan and this could be what's left of it. I hope to give this power supply 5 stars but time will tell. This PSU is heavy and that is usually a good sign, usually a heavy PSU indicates quality components. The included power cord is very thick, which is another good sign. The power pack was packed very well and the box…

Pros
  • Installation Dimensions: 160mm long and 150mm wide MPG gaming power supply provides convenient and easy installation in most PC cases.
Cons
  • May be damaged

Top-of-the-line power supply, the best internal power supply

This PSU is newer so the information on the web won't be complete for a while, but it uses basically the same Enermax Revolution DF internals just without the DF fan. This is a top notch power supply, you really won't find a better one, just the same options at different prices. The 24 pin for mobo on the power supply side is hard to get, so it's 4/5 easy to install. Don't skimp on your PSU for your builds, this is at the heart of everything. And don't confuse gold, bronze, platinum, etc. with…

Pros
  • Fully modular design: use only the connectors required for assembly, which greatly reduces cabling and simplifies assembly of the entire system.
Cons
  • No Automatic

Brand name Value for money computers and accessories

This is my first modular power supply. More power than I need with my 1080 but hopefully next year I'll get a new graphics card lol. I never understood how people managed cable management before. I've always liked the clean, minimalist look of the cable. Now even easier with these things I imagine. Definitely worked for me. I love it. It's not hot in my basement and there are a lot of wires that need to be added in the future. I like his design too, but mine is hidden in the basement. The price

Pros
  • 100% Japanese capacitors with a temperature rating of 105°C. To ensure consistent product quality and stable performance, the MPG gaming power supply comes with 100% Japanese capacitors rated at 105℃ and solid-state capacitors.
Cons
  • Not the best

Good value for money for a high-quality power supply

Like most, I bought more power supply than I need. I've been building computers since the 1990's and when I was younger I always put price over quality. For the last few systems I've built, I've put noise and quality a lot higher on my list. This one is quiet, at least its noise level is lower than my CPU cooler and GPU, which I prioritized in terms of noise levels. The quality of the components is very good. I have designed power supplies for audio equipment and there is nothing cheap about…

Pros
  • 80 PLUS Gold certified: 80 PLUS Gold certified promises lower power consumption and higher efficiency.
Cons
  • Slightly torn
