What more do you want?

What more could you ask for? The unit was exactly as described and worked great, and at an unbelievably low price. It seems strong enough for the occasional use I will give. And please note that this review is positive not because I got the device for free but because I paid for it and it exceeded my expectations for a product at such a low price.

Only worked for a few months but great customer service

It worked fine at first. However, after a few months it stopped working completely. Unfortunately we wasted our money as it can no longer be returned. Update: The supplier marked my review above and contacted me promptly. You treated me very well; Your customer service is outstanding. I went from miserable to very pleasant.

The product was packaged well and looked good enough and I was like

The product was packaged well and looked good enough and I was like 'wow that was a good deal!'. Then I plugged it in and followed the instructions to install the drivers and found that the device was defective. It couldn't read any of the discs I tried to use. I tried the same discs in another DVD drive and they worked great. This device was noisy and did not work properly. The USB cable was connected cheaply. Not interested in replacement. Don't waste money.
