Thera Burpees are a creative way to take full advantage of the burp cloth. I am a mother of 5 and have had my fair share of blocked milk ducts and restless children. I'm always looking for simple and natural ways to calm them down. I find Teraburpi useful and easy to use for calming a restless baby and relieving the pain of clogged milk ducts. This burp cloth pairs perfectly with the heating pads that Munchkin also sells, it's also easy to clean and fits snugly over the shoulder. Please note that with a crying baby in your arms, heat packs cannot simply be placed in spit diapers. My tip: just place the heating pad in the burp cloth when you're cleaning it so it's ready to use, and just heat both up when you need it for a colicky baby.

I haven't had to use a cold compress yet but the warmth on my tummy definitely calms my newborn. The cloth itself is the perfect size for a burp cloth and the towel portion is great for burping. I heat the pouch for 15-20 seconds, put it in my back pocket and place it right under my baby's tummy when he burps.
