It smells nice and made my child's hair shiny and soft but he also got pimples on his face. My son has sensitive skin but I wanted to try Mustela as it is advertised as a 'gentle cleanser'. Well, although it is hypoallergenic, it is still suitable for normal skin and not sensitive skin.

Works well with the cradle and loves that it's really tear free for babies. People have previously said the scent is pleasant, but I didn't find that to be the case. I'm not sure if my scent is unique, but I found the scent very healing, as opposed to what others describe as men's aftershave or floral. I would have preferred to go unscented and use other brands of shampoo for regular bathing, but as it takes good care of the cradle I will continue to use it when needed.

After two years of constantly following this brand in search of baby shampoo, I finally decided to give it a try. Very disappointed in the product after just one use. First, I don't find the smell pleasant. Second, it made my daughter's hair look very static and I didn't find it had a detangling effect. I have been using this particular brand since my daughter was born and I am very happy with the smell, it is a great shampoo and I love the way my daughter's hair smells after using it. She's 4 now so I don't know how many more years I can use it but she's so used to it that it's like a baby scent you just want to keep on your baby forever😂
