They're great as long as you don't want to see them

I've started plugging them in as lights when I go camping as I like to stash stuff under my truck when I'm away. Just take a flashlight. These things are the equivalent of a BIC lighter during a tropical storm if you're trying to use them for visibility. I connected two and didn't mess around with the other 8. I have several other stone lanterns that I have hooked up to my footrest lights that cost less than these and dominate them in every way. Unless you're crazy about very dull colors.

Good set of stone lanterns

Overall these lanterns were great. They are fairly bright in the dark, much less so when streetlights are present, but still visible in the light. I screwed them with self-tapping screws, they are very strong. Easy to install but I had to buy extensions to get to the back of my truck. There are a lot of cables in there so keep that in mind when you clean where they all come together and take up a lot of space and can get tangled. The remote control and fob are good, the bluetooth app works well

They worked 2-3 weeks, now they don't turn on.

Installed first and then tried to get it to connect to the app, which in itself was a nightmare and took twice as long as installing. When I finally hooked them up, they worked pretty well. After 2 weeks I noticed that half of my flowers were not working. I thought maybe the cable fell off or the plug is broken. After checking everything, I turned them on and....nothing turns on at all. Adhesive was good but didn't hold up well in the cold, on dirt/rust or when it was peeled off to be moved to a better location will. In the end I screwed the headlights to the frame. Pre-drill the holes before screwing on the headlights to avoid breaking the headlight brackets. The lighting is really bright in the dark, but not as bright in places as in a lighted parking lot. I bought extended extra lighting wires because the wires that came with the kit wouldn't come out the back of my double…

Great lights! (The day after I installed them)

I just installed this kit on my '97 4runner and so far I love it! Tons of different colors to choose from. I have a smartphone and use it to listen to music via bluetooth so I just used the app. Not sure how good (or bad) the key fob or remote is. Wiring is very easy and assembly isn't bad either (I only used screws). DO NOT BUY UNLESS you want to drill your truck. use to adjust the lights well.
