This supplement is the perfect addition to my pre-workout routine. It gives me a natural energy boost without any harmful side-effects. My analysis of this PRODUCT showed that its micronized formula is easy to absorb and it also aids in muscle recovery. This amino acid supplement is a game-changer! It has improved my endurance and boosted my metabolism leaving me feeling energized throughout my workouts. Tastes good But expensive for the ingredients included. The product contained caffeine. I will not buy again. Caffeine should not be in BCAAs.
