It took two of us to put this little thing together. There are no pilot holes on the drawers so you'll have to guess where to place the top drawer to allow room to access the lower tier. It's good but a pain in the butt to collect. It's small enough for the company to assemble and ship.

Item was easy to assemble and appeared to be well made. However, this item only fits in a small box of tissues, which I can't find where I live. The box is big enough for the large size, but the distance between the two boxes is too small. I would give it a higher rating but the Kleenex issue defeats the purpose of my purchase of this item.

The boxes came with pre-drilled holes for the frame, but when I lined them up on the bottom box, the frame was sticking out of the bottom of the box. An easy decision on my part, but maybe the company building it could pay attention to the 5 seconds it takes to put the holes in the right place.

This was a mistake. The Kleenex box is too small for the boxes we use. Also, the space between the Kleenex box and the top shelf was very small, making it difficult to get the Kleenex. Then the pre-drilled holes on one side ended right at the node in the tree. As I was turning the screw for the metal brace, the side of the Kleenex box with the pre-drilled hole in the knot fell apart. Luckily my husband was brave and was able to customize it with wood and a small nail gun. Here's a photo of what

The product arrived in the form of 2 boxes that were not screwed into the metal frame. There were also no holes or indentations to indicate where the screws should go. It doesn't really matter, but if you make a mistake, the "wood" doesn't seem strong enough not to break when the two sections of the screw are close together. Speaking of "tree". it almost reminds me of the soft wood carvings people use for handicrafts. Yes they are made of wood but not very durable. They appear almost hollow…
